This Privacy Notice is issued by Devansh International, trading as "Easyexports" ("we", "our", or "us"). Devansh International is the data controller responsible for personal data processed through the Easyexports platform. This notice explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how long we keep it.

2. Categories of Personal Data We Collect

• Account data: name, email address, phone number, company name, password (hashed).
• Profile and content data: products, HS codes, buyer notes, generated documents, and other information you input.
• Support data: messages and attachments you send when contacting us.
• Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, feature usage, error logs.
• Cookies and similar technologies: session cookies for authentication and analytics cookies for product improvement.

Payment card details are collected directly by our payment provider Paddle and are not stored by Devansh International.

3. Purposes and Legal Basis

• Provide the service (account creation, generating documents, buyer discovery) — performance of a contract.
• Customer support — performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to you.
• Security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection — legitimate interest in protecting the platform and our users.
• Product analytics and improvement — legitimate interest in improving Easyexports; you can opt out of non-essential cookies.
• Marketing communications — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Compliance with legal obligations (tax, accounting, responding to lawful requests) — legal obligation.

4. Who We Share Data With

• Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle") — our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes all payments, manages subscriptions, handles tax compliance, issues invoices, and processes refunds. • Hosting and infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, database, file storage) — to operate the platform.
• Analytics and product tooling — to understand usage and improve features.
• Email and support tooling — to communicate with you.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) — where reasonably needed.
• Authorities — where required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and profile data for as long as your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure to handle disputes and meet legitimate business needs. Billing and tax records are retained for up to 8 years to comply with tax and accounting laws. Support messages are kept for up to 24 months. Server and security logs are kept for up to 12 months. When retention periods expire, data is deleted or anonymised.

6. International Transfers

Devansh International is based in India. If personal data is transferred outside your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms required by applicable law.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data; to object to certain processing; and to withdraw consent at any time. 9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for sign-in and session management, and analytics cookies to measure usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies will break sign-in.

10. Changes to This Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the new notice here and updating the "Last updated" date.
