Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Devansh International, trading as "Easyexports" ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Easyexports platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. If you accept on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you are using the service as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

2. Description of Service

Easyexports provides AI-powered export management tools including HS code discovery, profit calculators, document generation, buyer discovery, and compliance guidance. The platform is designed to assist exporters but does not replace professional legal, financial, or customs advice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date, and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the platform. In particular, you must not (a) use it for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam; (b) infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others; (c) upload malware or attempt to probe, scan, or interfere with the security of the service; (d) scrape, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the service or its outputs; or (e) circumvent any technical or usage limits.

5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds — Paddle as Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By placing an order you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms which govern payment, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refunds.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly, as selected at checkout) until you cancel. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the then-current billing period. Refund requests are handled by Paddle in line with our Refund Policy. Prices may change with reasonable notice; changes do not affect the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

The Easyexports platform, including all software, content, features, branding, and documentation, is owned by Devansh International and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have purchased. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide and improve the service.

7. AI Outputs and Accuracy

Easyexports uses AI to generate suggestions, documents, and analyses. AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not professional legal, financial, customs, or regulatory advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before relying on it or submitting it to authorities, buyers, or partners.

8. Service Level and Warranties

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devansh International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us (via Paddle) in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service, with or without notice, if you (a) materially breach these Terms or our Acceptable Use rules; (b) fail to pay amounts due; (c) create a security, fraud, or abuse risk to the platform or other users; or (d) repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. You may export your data for a reasonable period after termination, after which we may delete it in line with our retention schedule. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, liability, governing law) will survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
