All documents, templates, calculators, checklists, HS-code suggestions, incoterms, quotations, invoices, packing lists, letters of credit drafts, contracts, NDAs, AI-generated answers and any other output produced on Easyexports are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

They are not legal, tax, financial, customs, banking, shipping or regulatory advice. Before you sign, print, email to a buyer, submit to a bank, upload to a Government portal (DGFT, ICEGATE, GST, RBI, APEDA, FSSAI, BIS, etc.), or use them in any commercial transaction, you must independently verify every wording, figure, code, clause and detail with your own CHA / freight forwarder, banker (AD-Category-I), Chartered Accountant, GST practitioner, lawyer and — where relevant — your buyer.

1. Educational Purpose Only

Easyexports (operated by Devansh International) is a learning, planning and productivity platform for Indian exporters, MSMEs and trade professionals. Everything the platform generates — including AI Consultant answers, Image → Plan outputs, Readiness Scores, Profit Calculators, Success Predictor results, Country Compare data, HS-code suggestions, Regulation Explainer summaries, Buyer Discovery leads, Shipment Simulator estimates, Document Generator files (invoice, packing list, CI, BL draft, COO, LUT text, IEC application text, LC draft, NDA, MSA, quotations, etc.), Payment & L/C document drafts, Container Calculator loads, ECGC helpers and Govt Incentive estimates — is generated by software for your education and internal reference only.

2. Verify Before You Print, Sign or Send

Export documentation is legally binding and reviewed by banks, customs, buyers and Government agencies. A single wrong HS code, incoterm, currency, port name, weight, quantity, spelling of the buyer, LC clause or bank instruction can cause shipment holds, LC discrepancies, penalties, denied incentives, blocked remittances or contract disputes. Before you print, sign, stamp, email to a buyer or upload to any portal, you must independently:

  • Read every line of the document and confirm every wording is exactly what your buyer, bank or customs expects.
  • Verify the HS code, ITC(HS) classification, product description, unit of measurement (UOM), quantity, gross/net weight, and value with your CHA.
  • Verify the Incoterms® 2020 term (EXW/FOB/CIF/CIP/DAP/DDP, etc.), named place, freight, insurance and risk transfer with the buyer and forwarder.
  • Verify LC / SBLC / BG wordings, UCP 600 / ISBP 745 references, bank details, SWIFT codes, presentation period and expiry with your AD-Category-I bank.
  • Verify GST, LUT, IGST, RoDTEP, Duty Drawback, RCMC and FEMA figures with your CA / GST practitioner.
  • Verify buyer name, address, IEC / VAT / EIN / TIN, port of discharge and country regulations independently — do not trust a single source.
  • Get any contract, NDA, MSA, distribution agreement or agency agreement reviewed by a qualified lawyer before signing.

3. No Warranty of Accuracy or Completeness

Rules, tariffs, sanctions, incentive rates, portal procedures, fees, timelines and formats change frequently and vary by product, port, country and buyer. While we work hard to keep guidance current, Easyexports makes no warranty — express or implied — that any content, calculation, template, figure, link, HS code, tariff, incentive rate, portal instruction or AI-generated answer is accurate, complete, current, error-free, fit for a particular purpose, or suitable for your specific shipment, buyer or country. The official Government of India portal, notification or gazette always overrides anything shown on Easyexports.

4. AI-Generated Content

Our AI Consultant, Image → Plan, Regulation Explainer, buyer emails, document drafts and similar features use large language models. AI can be confidently wrong, may hallucinate clauses, HS codes, tariffs, bank names, buyer details or regulations, and may miss the latest notification. Treat every AI output as a first draft for learning, never as a ready-to-file document or a substitute for a qualified professional.

5. Third-Party Data, Links and Marketplaces

Buyer leads, competitor intelligence, country data, agent marketplace listings, links to DGFT / ICEGATE / GST / APEDA / FSSAI / BIS / RBI / EPC portals and any third-party names, logos or trademarks are shown for reference. Easyexports does not verify, endorse, guarantee or take responsibility for any third-party buyer, CHA, freight forwarder, insurer, bank, agent, portal, product or website. You must perform your own KYC, credit checks (e.g. ECGC / D&B / Coface reports) and due diligence before entering into any transaction.

6. Not Legal, Tax, Customs or Financial Advice

Nothing on this website, in the app, in emails, in exported PDFs / DOCX / XLSX files, or in support conversations constitutes legal, tax, accounting, customs, banking, insurance, investment or financial advice, and no advocate-client, CA-client, CHA-client or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of Easyexports. Always consult qualified, licensed professionals for your specific situation.

7. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use any document, calculation, template, checklist, HS code, incoterm, quotation, buyer contact, contract, LC wording or figure obtained from Easyexports. Any decision you take — including sending a document to a buyer, printing it on your letterhead, submitting it to a bank or a Government portal, quoting a price, accepting an LC, shipping goods, or signing a contract — is taken at your own risk and cost.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easyexports, Devansh International, its founders, employees, contractors and partners will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages — including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of incentive, LC discrepancy charges, demurrage, detention, customs penalties, buyer disputes, delayed remittance, blocked shipments or reputational harm — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, any content, document, template, calculation, AI output, buyer lead or feature on the platform. This clause survives termination of your account.
